Upon your request and payment of £19.99, Driving Test Finder will make every reasonable effort to secure a test date and time that meets your preferences. However, we do not guarantee the availability of an earlier slot. If we are unable to find an alternative date that matches your preferences, your original booking will remain unchanged.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, including your personal details and preferences for amending your driving test booking. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is current and accurate.
5. Payment Terms
Payment of £19.99 is required for Driving Test Finder to initiate the process of amending your driving test booking. This fee covers our administrative and service costs associated with managing your request. The fee is non-refundable and applies even if we cannot find an earlier test slot.
6. Limitation of Liability
Driving Test Finder acts as an intermediary service and does not guarantee the availability or success of amending your driving test booking. We will make reasonable efforts to secure an earlier test slot, but we are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations made by the DVSA or any other third parties involved in the booking process.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
