2.2 Service Issues: If there are technical issues or errors on our part that prevent the delivery of the service, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50%, after we have been given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

2.3 Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to discuss your concerns. Refunds for customer dissatisfaction will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

3.1 Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been delivered, the £19.99 fee is non-refundable.

3.2 Incorrect Information: If the information provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and this affects the delivery of our service, the fee is non-refundable.

3.3 External Factors: We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations made by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) or other third parties. Refunds will not be issued for issues outside of our control.
